All Products available on Soapure Tattva are Non-Refundable and Non-Replacement Products.
Products once accepted cannot be returned. If in any case, Customer receive shortage or damaged product, then it must be reported to our customer support within 2 days of delivery only at info@soapuretattva.in with proper image attached.
Once order accepted and payment processed, it can be cancelled only within 24 hrs. of the payment made. Orders only cancelled and refund initiate only after providing genuine reason for cancellation at info@soapuretattva.in to do the same.
